Pothole Problem
We will always inspect reports of potholes, but we will give priority to those potholes we believe will pose the greatest risk to road users or pedestrians.

To help us find the exact location of the pothole, we ask that you provide the name of the street and outside which house number (where appropriate) the pothole is.
Please note that if a valid email address is supplied when prompted on the form an automated acknowledgement will be sent, if this acknowledgment is not received it could indicate a problem with submitting the data. In this instance the problem can be reported to Coventry Direct on Freecall 0500 834333 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1.00pm Saturday or emailed to Coventry Direct
