Lighting Problem

When reporting a fault on a street light it would help us if you provided the exact location of the streetlight,
, the column number of the light (stencilled on the column about two metres up) and
the nature of the fault, e.g not lighting up, day burning, going on/off, intermittent,
burning 24 hours or exposed wires etc.
Please note that if a valid email address is supplied when prompted on the form an automated acknowledgement will be sent, if this acknowledgment is not received it could indicate a problem with submitting the data. In this instance the problem can be reported to Coventry Direct on Freecall 0500 834333 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1.00pm Saturday or emailed to Coventry Direct
If the fault is dangerous and you are reporting it out of office hours please call our Emergency Communications Centre.
